Born in Amsterdam, living in Rotterdam for all his life. Working in ports and container terminals for almost 25 years in various jobs and for various companies. Siemens and Cargotec. Presently doing marketing & sales support for a German start-up AUCOS-Systems in Germany. That’s automatic truck-trailer couplings and automatic trailer container locks. In his spare time, he is the electrical officer / stoker at one of the last Dutch Steam Tugs. The “ss Furie”.
