Amir Billones is an architect of automated transactional systems with over 15 years of experience in the logistics domain (Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Terminal Operations).

Applying Digital Transformation strategies, he optimizes business processes and data integration – beyond point-to-point, looking to improve profitability, user experience, systems performance and risk aversion.

His previous projects include OCR based Automated Mailroom, Automated Transaction compliance with standards such as IATA’s AWB and Canadian Border Service Agency eManifest.

He believes that best data on hand aligned with process mastery and robust customer centric platforms should be a part of Centers of Excellence.

His background is in Software Engineering and is currently employed at Termont as Data Architect.
